Toilet Repair & Installation

Modern toilet options offer many benefits. They’re cleaner, more visually appealing, and has more efficient, less splashy flushing. We recommend not dropping below a 1.28 gallon per flush toilet. When it comes down to it, you need water to keep your pipes from clogging.

The Most Common Toilet Issues

Flappers and fill valves. Are hands down the most common issues.

To fix these problems, we turn the water off to the toilet, vacuum the water out of the tank, install the new fill valve, set it to the right height, replace the flapper, adjust the chain to confirm it’s going to flush very easily and you don’t have to hold the handle down, and move on. Fortunately for all of us, these are very easy fixes, even though they’re extremely common.

How a Faulty Toilet Increases Water Bills

If your toilet is running constantly, your water bills will quickly increase. It can be as little as 100 gallons a day to upwards of a thousand plus gallons a day of water that’s just running through your toilet. So, you definitely want to address this problem sooner than later.
